Journal Entry #4 - Yoga, Yoga, I have Yoga on the mind

I have a desk job. Most days I am in my office plugging away on the computer. Paper work, designs and math flow in and out all day long. My hips, my eyes and my mind are angry and tired at the end of the day.

More recently, I have started to drift off at work, while staring at the computer yearning to be going #yoga. My brain thinks, sees and lives yoga right now. I remember this feeling, years ago when yoga was first introduced to me! Breaking out into #asanas everywhere I went.

Even today, as I sit here typing this I am contemplating getting up and having a nice long stretch session within my office to release my lower back and hips. Ouch, they are screaming at me!

What does this mean? Is my 9-5 job boring me? Am I meant to be doing something else? Should I leave and pursue something else? Once I have gotten my #YTT should I jump head first and take on this beautiful world of #yoga, #meditation, #crystals & unicorns!

Only time will tell!
