Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment. Please do so through our online booking system OR you can text Tal (owner) at 519-564-2995. Late cancellations: Cancelations made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will be subject to an out-of-pocket charge of 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: Any appointment that is missed without notice given. No-shows will be subject to an out-of-pocket charge of 100% of the service fee.
