Kitty Cats & Yoga Mats

Service Description

Prepare to suffer a little CADD, or (cat attention deficit disorder) in this Yoga practice! They yowl. They attack ponytails. They scamper urgently across the room in pursuit of things we cannot see. And yet, cats are a strangely calming presence during yoga class. Yoga is all about being in the moment, and cats are in the moment all the time. This yoga class is partly just for fun! We will do some yoga and play with cats! Be prepared to be walked on, rubbed against, and purred into a beautiful meditative Savasana. But of course, there is more! All the Cats at the event will be available for adoption. It is our hope that our furry friends find their Furever homes. No pressure though! If you want to be in a room full of Cats, we’re here for that too! Date: Sunday, November 27th, 2022 Time: 11 am – 12 pm Location: Breathe Pilates & Yoga Studio Donation: $10 *If you wish to donate more, there will be a collection bowl at the front desk when you walk into the studio All proceeds will benefit The Windsor Humane Society Please bring with you: - Yoga mat - Water - Anything else that you need to support your practice Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class. A waiver will need to be signed and we can get you set up in the studio. The Cats are looking forward to practicing with you! Pre-Registration is required as space is limited. *Children are allowed to attend as long as they are respectful of the space, can stay on their mats and are quiet.
