They yowl. They attack ponytails. They scamper urgently across the room in pursuit of things we cannot see.

And yet, cats are a strangely relaxing presence during yoga class.

Yoga is all about being in the moment, and cats are in the moment all the time.

This yoga class is partly just for fun! We will do some yoga and play with cats!

Be prepared to be walked on, rubbed up against and purred into a beautiful meditative Savasana.
