Private yoga sessions are a powerful method to hold accountability for your practice and get individual attention for your goals for your practice. You will also be able to find more depth in postures where appropriate, receive more hands-on adjustments and, personal sequences designed for your needs or goals.
This is a great place for beginner Yoginis to start as it allows the 1:1 with the instructor and allows You to get comfortable on the mat.
Private 1:1 sessions are great for those that are looking to focus on a certain area of your body. Such as tight hips. The sessions will be tailored to fit YOUR needs, with YOU in mind.

a 30 min phone consultation or zoom to determine what your needs and goals are, to get acquainted and schedule our first session
an introductory class where we will get to know each other and structure our program, as well as introduce some movement
we work together to create a program with sessions that are tailored to your body and your lifestyle
