Together, we will experience the calming and soul-satisfying properties of plant-based oil blends and a slow, gentle yoga practice that balances the mind, body and soul. Yoga is a gentle, moderate exercise that emphasizes mindfulness, breath work, and quiet introspection. Our main goals will be to relax, ground ourselves, and soothe our nervous systems.

Saje's Mindful Pocket Farmacy will be used in conjunction with our practice. These roll-on oil mixes have been carefully chosen to assist with many spiritual and emotional well-being facets.
