The Season of Gentle Awakening

In Ayurveda, spring marks the true beginning of the year.

Not January.
Not a rush forward.

Spring is a time for gentle awakening — clearing the heaviness of winter, restoring circulation, and allowing the body to return to its natural rhythm slowly.

It’s the season of water and air, movement and renewal.

Gentle Awakening: Spring Reset for Women is a half-day Work-In designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign with your body’s natural timing through nervous system regulation, seasonal Ayurveda, creative expression, and deep rest.

This is not a workshop.
This is not a productivity reset.

This is space to soften, breathe, and return to yourself.

This Gathering Is For You If You’re Feeling:

This retreat is for women who:

• Feel heavy, sluggish, or out of rhythm after winter
• Have been pushing, doing, and holding a lot for months
• Want a nervous system reset in a safe, supportive space
• Crave rest, creativity, and connection
• Are ready to step into spring feeling lighter and clearer

You don’t need experience with meditation, breathwork, or art.

Just come as you are.

What You’ll Experience

Sound Bath with Purnima

Allow the soothing frequencies of sound to settle your nervous system and release stored tension.

Sound baths help guide the body out of stress and into a state of deep rest and restoration, where true healing and regulation can occur.

You’ll lie back, relax, and allow the vibrations to gently recalibrate your system.

Intuitive Watercolor Integration

This is not a paint class.

It’s a calm, intuitive watercolor experience, where you will create your own abstract inspiration-style watercolor piece.

All materials are provided, and the process is simple and accessible for everyone.

This gentle creative practice allows the nervous system to integrate the experience through expression and presence.

Each participant leaves with their watercolor piece — a tangible reminder of the calm and clarity they cultivated during the retreat.

Breathwork, Meditation & Somatic Work-In

Through guided breathwork, visualization, and gentle somatic practices, you’ll begin to release stagnant winter energy and reconnect with your body.

These practices help restore circulation, emotional flow, and inner rhythm, supporting the natural renewal that spring invites.

This intimate half-day retreat is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and seasonal renewal.

Testimonials

Why a Work-In Instead of a Workshop?

Most wellness events focus on learning more.

More information.
More techniques.
More things to do.

But real healing doesn’t happen through information alone.

It happens through experience, embodiment, and nervous system safety.

A Work-In is different.

Instead of pushing outward, we turn inward.
Instead of performing or striving, we slow down and listen.

Through somatic practices, breath, meditation, sound, and creative expression, your body is given the space it needs to release tension, restore balance, and return to its natural rhythm.

This is the foundation of The Awakened Healing Method, the philosophy behind Yogatation.

Healing is not forced or rushed.

It is allowed to unfold through awareness, safety, and gentle integration.

How You’ll Feel When You Leave

By the end of this experience, many women notice they feel:

Lighter in their body — like the heaviness of winter has lifted
Calmer and more grounded as their nervous system settles
Clearer in their mind with space to breathe and think again
Reconnected with themselves after months of doing and pushing
Gently energized, rather than exhausted

Instead of leaving drained, you’ll leave with a sense of softness, clarity, and renewed rhythm — carrying the calm of the afternoon back into your everyday life.

You’ll also take home your intuitive watercolor piece, a small visual reminder of the moment you paused, breathed, and returned to yourself.
