YOGATATION

The Call
Do you feel the whisper inside you — the one that says:
“I can’t keep doing life this way”?
Maybe you’re exhausted from holding it all together.
Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or joy.
Maybe you’re longing for rest, release, and a space to be — without expectations, without masks, without pressure.
This is your invitation to step away from the noise and into a sacred container of healing, sisterhood, and feminine renewal.
For three nourishing days, you’ll be held in a retreat designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you — and return home to yourself.

What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of this retreat, you’ll feel…
✧ Lighter — having released emotional weight, stress, and old patterns that no longer serve you
✧ Rooted — with Ayurvedic tools, breathwork, and rituals that bring you back into balance
✧ Connected — to your intuition, to your body, and to a circle of supportive women
✧ Renewed — with more energy, clarity, and inner calm than you’ve felt in a long time
✧ Empowered — carrying practical practices you can weave into daily life, so this transformation lasts
This isn’t just a weekend getaway — it’s a reset for your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

The Work-INs:
Where the Transformation Happens
Unlike workshops that keep you busy from start to finish, WorkINs are carefully guided experiences that take you deep — without overwhelming your nervous system.
Over the weekend, you’ll experience:
-
🌿 Rooted in Rhythm – Realign with your Ayurvedic energy, reconnect with your natural cycles and feminine energy and learn to live in a way that actually supports your body and nervous system.
-
✨ The Body Remembers – Somatic healing and nervous system restoration to help you feel safe inside your body again.
-
🔥 Sacred Fire – Breath, movement, and ritual to release emotional heaviness and reignite your light.
-
🌕 Coming Home – A soft, feminine integration of your healing. Stillness. Rest. Reconnection.
Each WorkIN is balanced with integration time — space to rest, journal, float in the pool, or explore the property.
