Arrival: 11:00 AM · Departure: 7:00 PM
This retreat is designed to feel unhurried, restorative, and deeply supportive — a full nervous system exhale from the moment you arrive at 11:00 AM until we close and depart at 7:00 PM.
Throughout the day, you’ll move between soft, guided practices and plenty of spacious free time to relax in the saunas, the warm pool, the upcoming cold plunge, or simply rest by the water.
We honor the natural rhythm of the group, so while the schedule below shows the general flow of the day, timings may gently shift as the energy sees fit.
Our priority is supporting regulation, grounding, and ease — never rushing.
11:00 AM — Arrival + Welcome
Settle into the space and soften into the day.
11:15 AM — Opening Meditation (Silent + Guided Blend)
Arrive into your body. Set your internal tempo.
12:00 PM — Nervous System Education + Somatic Reset Workshop
Learn how stress impacts the body + simple tools to shift into calm.
1:00 PM — Breathwork Foundations & Guided Practice
Regulate your breath, reset your energy, reconnect to safety.
1:45 PM — Light Ayurvedic Lunch
Warm, grounding, digestion-supportive food.
2:30 PM — Sauna + Cold Plunge Sessions (Guided Breathwork)
Contrast therapy with supportive instruction to calm the vagus nerve and release tension.
4:00 PM — Free Time
Hot tubs, heated pool, journaling, relaxing by the fire, quiet rest.
5:00 PM — Yin Yoga for Nervous System & Hormone Balance

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is open to all adults and is co-ed. It’s ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, fatigued, dysregulated, or craving a full nervous system reset. No meditation or yoga experience required.
Do I need experience with breathwork, cold plunging, or yoga?
No experience is needed at all. Everything is taught gently and guided step-by-step. You can participate at the level that feels safe and comfortable for your body.

Can I skip the cold plunge if I’m nervous?
Absolutely. The cold plunge is offered gently, with breath support and full guidance — but always optional. You can sit it out and simply enjoy the saunas, hot tubs, or rest areas.
Is this accessible for beginners?
Yes. All practices are beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and supportive. You can move slowly, rest anytime, and modify to your comfort level.
Is there a refund or cancellation policy?
All purchases are final, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at 11:00 AM to check in, settle, and get oriented. The opening meditation starts at 11:15 AM. Departure is at 7:00 PM.
