YOGATATION

The Call
Do you feel the whisper inside you — the one that says:
“I can’t keep doing life this way”?
Maybe you’re exhausted from holding it all together.
Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, intuition, or joy.
Maybe you’re longing for rest, release, and a space to be — without expectations, without masks, without pressure.
This is your invitation to step away from the noise and into a sacred container of healing, sisterhood, and feminine renewal.
For four nourishing days, you’ll be held in a retreat designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you — and return home to yourself.

This Retreat Is For You If…
Right now, you might be feeling:
• burnt out or emotionally drained
• disconnected from your body and intuition
• overstimulated by the pace of everyday life
• like you’re always holding everything together for everyone else
• craving rest you rarely allow yourself to receive
If any of this resonates with you, this retreat was created with you in mind.
Because the truth is:
You deserve rest.
You deserve support.
You deserve to return to the version of you who isn’t just surviving — but thriving.
And although the retreat takes place in September, the healing begins the moment you say yes.
When you reserve your spot, you aren’t waiting for rest —
you’re claiming it.
You’re giving your future self the gift of peace, space, and soul nourishment.

Soul Food: Nourishment for Body & Soul
Every meal is designed with Ayurveda in mind — seasonal, sattvic, plant-forward, and crafted to support your healing. Think warm grounding bowls, herbal teas, and flavors that awaken without overwhelming.
Food isn’t just fuel — it’s part of your healing.

The Space
Just four minutes from the shoreline of Lake Huron, tucked inside a private one-acre wooded oasis, awaits your home for four days of nourishment, nervous system healing, and soul rest.
This cozy woodland cottage is wrapped in towering trees, sunlit pathways, and the distant sound of waves calling you back to yourself.
Enjoy a giant wooden deck, hammocks gently swaying beneath the branches, a meditation quiet room, a fire pit for evening rituals, and warm communal spaces — including a large stone and wood-burning fireplace for slow, grounding nights.
A dedicated path guides you straight from the cottage to the lake.
Just beyond the trees, you’ll find 12 kilometers of uninterrupted, sandy Pinery Beach — one of the longest unimpeded stretches along Lake Huron. Morning walks, golden sunsets, soft air, and water that resets your whole system.
This is the space where you exhale.
