Awakened Healing:
Summer Solstice Immersion Day Retreat
for Women
A full-day reset to regulate your nervous system and realign with your rhythm.
Saturday, June 20th, 2026 • 12 PM – 8 PM
Lungovita, Harrow / Colchester, Ontario
A spacious, nourishing day designed to regulate your nervous system through meditation, breathwork, yin yoga, somatic healing, sound healing, sauna + cold plunge cycles, and deeply restorative rest practices.
Step away from the noise.
Step into your body.
Step into calm.

The Longest Day of the Year.
Summer Solstice carries powerful energy.
Light.
Vitality.
Expansion.
Fullness.
But expansion without regulation becomes burnout.
This day is your invitation to meet summer differently.
Not by doing more.
Not by pushing harder.
But by anchoring into your body first.

This Is For The Woman Who…
-
Feels stretched thin but keeps showing up anyway
-
Is craving space without guilt
-
Wants to feel energized — not wired
-
Knows she’s entering a new season of growth
-
Desires connection with women who feel safe
You don’t need another productive Saturday.
You need a recalibration.
The Experience
This retreat is guided through my Awakened Healing Framework — a process that gently brings you back into rhythm with your body and nervous system.
1. Awareness
We begin by slowing down.
Through gentle embodied yoga and somatic inquiry, you’ll learn to listen before your body has to shout.
2. Safety
Breathwork.
Grounded connection.
Seasonal nourishment.
When the nervous system feels safe, expansion becomes sustainable.
3. Rhythm
You’ll have extended free time on the Lungovita property to follow your body’s cues.
Swim in the lake.
Take the kayak out on the water.
Sauna/hot tub/pool.
Walk the property.
Rest in the Zen Den.
Journal in the sun.
Experience the massage chairs.
Choice restores rhythm.
4. Embodiment
We move.
We breathe.
We soften.
We expand.
An expressive somatic practice to step into the woman you are becoming this summer.
5. Integration
We close with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing your body to absorb the day at a cellular level.
You won’t leave overstimulated.
You’ll leave steady.
