Welcome the True New Year

In Ayurveda, spring marks the true beginning of the year.

Not January.
Not a rush forward.

Spring is about returning to rhythm — clearing winter heaviness, restoring circulation, and gently re‑orienting the body toward growth.

Returning to Rhythm is a half‑day Work‑In designed to help you slow down, re‑root, and reconnect with your body’s natural timing through somatic healing, seasonal Ayurveda, gentle movement, and deep rest.

This is not a workshop.
This is not a productivity reset.
This is space to arrive back in yourself.

This Gathering Is For You If You’re Feeling:

  • Heavy, foggy, or disconnected after winter

  • Out of sync with your body or energy

  • Ready for renewal without pressure or force

  • Drawn to seasonal, nervous‑system‑led healing

You don’t need to know what’s next. You just need space to listen.

What We’ll Explore Together

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be gently guided through:

  • Somatic healing practices to support nervous system regulation

  • Gentle, grounding movement to thaw and restore circulation

  • Seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom for spring + the Ayurvedic New Year

  • Rooted reflection and ritual to orient the season ahead

  • Restorative integration to allow the body to settle

  • A 30‑minute sound bath to seal the experience and support deep rest

Everything is offered with choice, spaciousness, and respect for your body’s pace.

What Makes This a Work‑In

This is an inward experience.

Rather than pushing for change, we focus on:

  • Safety before expansion

  • Rhythm before action

  • Rooting before rising

When the body feels supported, clarity and energy return naturally.
