30 min Hip Opening Flow | Yogatation

Hello Beautiful Soul, Welcome to your Hip Opening Flow.


Hips don't lie! One of my number one aspects of yoga is simply the association between the physical self and the mental self. It's astonishing to investigate how our inward and external experiences influence our actual body as tension and unevenness.


In my yoga classes, I see a hip trend. When I lead the class through a hip-opening flow or pose there's frequently a murmur of perceptible "ahhhhh" as students release the built-up tension.


Hip-opening poses are a favourite of mine, and for good reason. The majority of us have tight hips and it feels wonderful to release that tension.


Roll out Your mat & I will meet You where You are.



Yoga is YOUR practice, YOUR time, YOUR journey. Let it be what YOU need it to be. Step on your mat and Let it all Go.
